Failure to inspect a vehicle prior to purchase constitutes acceptance of its present condition. The buyer has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle or have it inspected by a third party of their choosing prior to purchase.
Buyer Acknowledgement and Acceptance: I am purchasing this vehicle from an independent dealership in “AS-IS” condition, without any guarantees or warranties from the dealer. I understand that I will be solely responsible for any repairs, maintenance, or defects related to the vehicle after the sale. I was given the opportunity to have the vehicle inspected prior to purchase and the dealership (Kt Auto Mall LLC) informed and encouraged me to do so. I have read and understood the terms of this acknowledgement and accept the vehicle in its current condition.

2. Vehicle History & Disclosures
Vehicle History Reports: (such as Carfax) may be made available upon request. These reports are provided as a courtesy to the buyer by third parties and the dealership (Kt Auto Mall LLC), does not guarantee their accuracy. The buyer is responsible for independently verifying vehicle condition, mileage, and accident history.
No Warranty or Guarantee: The dealership (Kt Auto Mall LLC), makes no representations or guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the information contained in any vehicle history report. The dealership is not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays in the reporting of title history, odometer readings, accident history, maintenance records, or any other data contained in these reports.
Third-Party Source: All vehicle history information is compiled by a third party, and the dealership (Kt Auto Mall LLC), has no control over the collection or updating of that information. Buyers are encouraged to verify all vehicle information independently and not to rely solely on the contents of any vehicle history report when making a purchasing decision.
Buyer Acknowledgment and Acceptance: Vehicle history reports are provided for informational purposes only; The dealership (Kt Auto Mall LLC), does not certify or confirm the accuracy of the report; The buyer has been given the opportunity to obtain and review vehicle history information independently; The dealership (Kt Auto Mall LLC), shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies or undisclosed issues that may exist despite the contents of any report.

3. Vehicle Modification Disclaimer – No Dealer Liability
Vehicle Modification: The dealership (Kt Auto Mall LLC), makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees—express or implied—regarding the presence, quality, legality, safety, or functionality of any aftermarket, altered, or previously installed vehicle modifications, including but not limited to: Engine or performance modifications, Suspension lifts or drops, Emissions or exhaust system changes, Cosmetic alterations (paint, wraps, body kits), Electronics, stereo, lighting, or infotainment upgrades, Wheels, tires, or braking system changes, Airbags or safety equipment modifications, Any other non-factory components or alterations.
No Responsibility for Prior Modifications: The dealership (Kt Auto Mall LLC), is not responsible for the installation, condition, compliance, or performance of any modifications performed by previous owners or third parties. The buyer understands and agrees that such modifications may not be disclosed in full, may affect vehicle safety or emissions compliance, and could potentially void manufacturer warranties or third-party warranties.
Emissions & Inspection Compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify whether the vehicle complies with state and local emissions laws, inspection requirements, and vehicle safety regulations. The dealership (Kt Auto Mall LLC) assumes no liability for a vehicle failing any inspection due to modifications.
Warranty Impact: Modifications may void factory or third-party warranty coverage. The dealership offers no warranty or guarantee related to modified components or systems, and any future failures resulting from such modifications shall be the buyer’s sole responsibility.
Buyer Acknowledgement and Acceptance: I have been informed that the vehicle may have non-factory modifications. I understand the dealership is not liable for any modifications or their consequences. I accept the vehicle as-is with respect to all prior modifications. I release the dealership (Kt Auto Mall LLC) from all responsibility or claims related to vehicle modifications.
4. Fees Not Included in Advertised Price
· Sales Tax:
All applicable state, county, and local sales taxes are calculated based on the buyer’s residence and are not included in the vehicle’s advertised price.
· Title & Registration Fees:
Charges for vehicle titling, registration, and license plate issuance are not included. These are collected by the dealership and submitted to the appropriate motor vehicle agency on the buyer’s behalf.
· Dealer Documentation Fee (Doc Fee):
A non-governmental dealer processing fee is applied to all sales to cover costs related to the preparation and handling of sales documents, title work, registration, and DMV submissions.
· Optional Products and Services:
The advertised price does not include optional add-ons or protection products such as: Extended third-party warranties or service contracts, GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) coverage.
The undersigned buyer understands and acknowledges that certain dealer fees are not included in the advertised or listed price of the vehicle. These fees may include, but are not limited to: Documentation/processing fees, Title and registration fees, State-mandated taxes and surcharges, Certification or inspection fees, Third-party warranty products such as service contract, warranties or GAP costs.
Buyer Acknowledgement and Acceptance: I have been informed of all applicable dealership fees prior to purchase. I understand that the advertised vehicle price does not include these fees. I agree to pay the full amount due, including all disclosed fees, at the time of sale. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarification regarding all charges. The dealership has disclosed all applicable fees prior to finalizing the purchase. The buyer understands that these fees are separate from the sale price of the vehicle and are required as part of the total cost to complete the transaction.
Important Limitations:
This certification is provided by the dealership only and is not affiliated with the manufacturer. This is not a warranty, nor a guarantee of the vehicle’s long-term reliability, performance, or condition. Unless otherwise noted in writing, the vehicle is sold AS-IS, with no warranty express or implied, including no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The dealership assumes no liability for any post-sale repairs or defects. Certification is based on vehicle condition at the time of inspection and does not account for future failures or unknown issues.
Buyer Acknowledgment and Acceptance:
I understand the vehicle has undergone a limited dealership certification, not a manufacturer-backed program. I accept that the certification does not imply any warranty or future assurance. I agree to pay the mandatory certification fee of 10% based on the advertised price of unit as part of the total purchase price. I have been given the opportunity to conduct a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) at my own expense before completing a sale.
Buyer Acknowledgment & Agreement of Terms and Conditions:
This acknowledgment confirms that the undersigned buyer(s) has/have been presented with and fully understand the terms, conditions, and disclaimers associated with the purchase of a vehicle from [KT AUTO MALL LLC], an independent automobile dealership.
Receipt and Review of Disclosures:
